Abstract

In order to optimize the role of world-class company , the management and supervision must be made professional and have global leader competencies. The objective if this paper is to analyze how Corporate University and learning organization shape global leader characteristics. Data were collected through a quantitative of 188 respondents, and structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data. The results show that Corporate University formula not to enhance global leader characteristics directly. However Corporate University formula can promote global leaders characteristics through learning organization.
