Abstract
Professional Work Practice (KP) is a learning activity that enables students to apply academic knowledge through learning by doing methods in real work environments. Using practical and participatory observation approaches, the practitioner conducted KP at PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama (JAKON), specifically in the IT SIMPRO division handling project information systems. The working methods included system needs analysis, feature development using PHP Native, and iterative functionality testing. During the 3-month implementation, the practitioner successfully implemented 12 new features including logging activity systems, drawing monitoring reports, and enhanced user interfaces. KP results demonstrate improvements in technical competency based on assessments, while also developing professional soft skills through collaborative teamwork and solving real company problems.
