Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity measures and financial performance on stock returns of food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study were all food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period, totaling 26 companies. The sample was determined using purposive sampling technique, with the number of samples that met the criteria as many as 13 companies. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website in the form of financial statements and annual reports for the 2015-2019 period. The results of research conducted that the liquidity ratio (current ratio) has no effect on stock returns, and the company's financial performance (net profit margin) has an effect on stock returns. Simultaneously, liquidity (current ratio) and the company's financial performance (net profit margin) affect stock returns.
