Abstract
Internship is one of the mandatory requirement from university in order to give undergraduate students introductions about working environment, accordingly to their major. This internship is being done in forms of Merdeka Belajar, where it allows several courses to be converted and practiced while doing internship. Intern is doing internship at PT Fontainne Fulbright Indonesia in consultant division as a junior consultant. PT Fontainne Fulbright Indonesia is a human resource consultant company that was built in 2007. Several task being assigned are creating training moduls, delivering and organizing trainings, supporting recruitments, administration, and publications. Internship helps intern to learn and achieve more understanding about working environment
