Abstract
The main problem in this study is how individuals or companies before investing in stocks, must ensure that the investment made is right. by applying various alternative ways of assesing whether the selected shares are truly shares that will provide profits in the future. return on assets (ROA), return on equity ( ROE), and earning per share (EPS) is a ratio that shows the company performace, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ROA, ROE, and, EPS on prices, this type of research is classified as quantitative research, the data source of this study is secondary data. the data analysis method used is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression. then testing the test and the coefficient of determination. the results of this study indicate that return on assets (ROA) , return on equity (ROE) and earning per share (EPS)simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices while ROA and ROE have no effect on stock prices. the author uses an overview of important financial data for 2013-2017 period which was analyzed using the SPSS program keywords: return on asset, return on equity, earning per share
