Abstract
This paper examines the effect of financial ratios on the financial profitability of a corporation. We study how Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Assets (independent variable) affect Return on Assets (dependent variable) in a company using regression analysis model. The company to be sampled is a financial company with a large capital. We find that both independent variables have significant impact on the dependent variable. The data used is 32 samples of quarterly data within 2005-2008
