Abstract

The purpose of this research to test the effect of Current Ratio, Current Assets to Total Assets Ratio, Working Capital to Total Assets Ratio, Debt Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Inventory Turnover dan Total Assets Turnover to condition of financial distress in the mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange of 23 companies for the period of 2011-2015. The method used is purposive sampling with logistic regression data analysis technique. The test results shows that the variable of Current Assets to Total Assets Ratio, Working Capital to Total Assets Ratio, Debt Ratio dan Total Assets Turnover partially significant influence to condition of financial distress. While Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Inventory Turnover partially no significant influence on Financial Distress. Simultaneously, Current Ratio, Current Assets to Total Assets Ratio, Working Capital to Total Assets Ratio, Debt Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Inventory Turnover and Total Assets Turnover have a significant effect on Financial Distress. This is evidenced from the test coefficient of determination with the value of Nagelkerke R Square of 0.598 this shows that 59.8% Financial Distress influenced by financial ratios and the remaining 40.2% influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study.
