Abstract

Financial performance is an illustration of the success of the company and can be interpreted as the results that have been achieved for various activities that have been carried out. There are several factors that influence financial performance with the Stock Price. This study was conducted to determine the effect of liquidity, solvability and profitability on the Stock Price of studies in Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2017. The results of this study indicate that (1) Current Ratio is partially influential positive and significant to Stock Price with a significance level 0.000. (2) Solvability variables measured by calculating the value of Debt to Equity Ratio partially have a positive and significant effect on Stock Price with a significance level 0.000. (3) Profitability variables partially influential positive and significant to Stock Price with significance level 0.000. Keywords: Liquidity, Solvability, Profitability, Stock Price
