Abstract
This study aims to analyze empirically the influence between Enterprise Risk Management and Corporate Social Responsibility on Firm Value. The data collection method used in thisstudy is a data test using secondary data, namely financial statements and company annual reports with a sample of LQ 45 companies, and sample data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The method used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the study show that (1) Enterprise Risk Management hasno positive effect on Firm Value. (2) Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive effect on FirmValue.
