Abstract
Employee Engangement is a situation where employees feel the attachment of the company, so it is ready to defend the company and voluntarily do its job with the best performance. The purpose of this research is to know the level of employee engagement on workers (civil servants, employees/private employees and Honorers) in Jambi province.
