Abstract
Selama melaksanakan Kerja Profesi di PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk, praktikan bekerja di bawah pengawasan serta bimbingan Divisi Human Resources and development. Dalam kerja profesi praktikan berkesempatan untuk turut berpartisipasi dan terlibat langsung dalam aktifitas HRD PT Hero Supermarket Tbk dengan melakukan interaksi secara langsung dengan karyawan maupun calon karyawan serta melakukan tugas-tugas keseharian HRD PT Hero Supermarket Tbk Aktifitas dan tanggung jawab divisi HRD pada PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk adalah fokus pada terhadap kinerja dan produktifitas karyawan PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk. While Interning at PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk, the student was interning under the supervision and guidance of the Division of Human Resources and development In professional work praktikan the opportunity to participate and be directly involved in activities of HRD PT Hero Supermarket Tbk to interact directly with employees and prospective employees, and perform duties daily tasks in the company.
