Abstract
Internship is a compulsory subject that must be carried out by prospective undergraduate studies to graduate. Through internship, students were introduced to an overview of the work process that takes place in the real world. Internship provide learning and opportunities for students to apply the knowledge that they have acquired during their education at Pembangunan Jaya University into real life situations. Practitioner did internship at Jaya Soft Skills Development Program Unit (JSDP) which is apart of Pembangunan Jaya University (UPJ). JSDP Unit function as a skills development program for UPJ academica civitas and external parties. The tasks carried out by the practitioner were to do research about 21st century soft skills among UPJ students. Through this internship, practitioner have a better understanding about the works perform as a research assistant which is one of the graduate profile that psychology have.
