Abstract

The concept of digitalization can support the monility of the work process. One form of digital that can support is a website. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia in the Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) section has problems in monitoring and terminating employee performance based on employee performance for one year. This has caused the majority of performance achievements to decrease. With this, the HCBP requires a digital platform to support monitoring and termination of employee performance. The digital platform used is a website that has informative, dynamic, and high accessibility properties to answer monitoring problems. How to make performance termination recommendations can be assisted by using the Support Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This method can intelligently help make employee performance decisions with predetermined assessment criteria and weights. In developing this website using the prototype method. The results of this research will facilitate users in monitoring and evaluating employee performance appraisals based on employee performance criteria. This system allows for transparent evaluation and calculation in determining the decision received by the employee.
