Abstract
The work budget for a construction project plays a very important role in implementing the project well, so there is a need to optimize how the project can run well. One way is to optimize the volume of a project. Planning the volume requirements well and efficiently will greatly help in reducing the costs of a construction project. One thing that can help increase efficiency in the volume of a project is the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method. BIM has many operating systems, one of which is Tekla Structures. In this study, researchers will use the Tekla Structure application to see the efficiency of the volume of work used in the Indonesian Red Cross Building construction project.
