Abstract
This research focuses on analyzing the needs, design, and implementation of the Sponsorship and Reimburse Approval Information System at Bank Syariah Indonesia using this data collection method using interviews with related parties and direct observation. The development of this system is carried out with the Rapid Application Development methodology within the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework. The results of the study are expected that the developed system can meet operational needs by providing convenience in the sponsorship and reimburse approval process, as well as facilitating the management and documentation of document files. In addition, the system also contributes to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of communication and information management among staff, while reducing the potential for administrative errors.
