Abstract

The advancement of technology and information also influences trends in the advertising world. At the beginning of 2024, there were 185 million internet users, equivalent to 66.5% of the total population of 278.7 million people. Within a company, human resource management must pay attention to employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction can be traced through two factors: work flexibility and work motivation. These two factors are believed to influence employee job satisfaction. The researcher conducted an initial study at Agency X by interviewing employees A, B, C, and D, revealing that differences in job satisfaction are influenced by several factors, including work flexibility policies, the work environment, and career development opportunities. This finding emphasizes the importance of implementing work flexibility policies and motivation enhancement programs to improve employee job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether work flexibility and work motivation affect job satisfaction at an advertising company, namely Agency X. This study employs a quantitative research method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to employees at Agency X, with 52 respondents. The data analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression, conducted using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that work flexibility and work motivation have a significant positive impact on employee job satisfaction at Agency X.
