Abstract
Information and Communication Technology at Pembangunan Jaya University provides solutions for staff to support budget disbursement activities and facilitate fund management in the Budget Disbursement System (SPA) application. SPA provides two modules, namely the RKAT Module and the IG Module. The RKAT Module was created to support budget disbursement activities in accordance with the Annual Budget Activity Plan (RKAT), while the Income Generating (IG) Module was created to facilitate the management of Grant or Sponsorship funds within the University. In professional work, practitioners have the opportunity to participate and be directly involved in implementing testing of the Budget Disbursement System (SPA) application such as creating test cases and test scenarios manually and automatically on the Budget Disbursement System (SPA) as Quality Assurance.
