Abstract
Hayyinah Hamidah (2021021128) PROFESSIONAL WORK ACTIVITIES IN OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF KANI COFFEE SHOP RAWABUNTU BSD BRANCH This professional work (KP) was carried out at Kani Coffee Shop Rawabuntu BSD branch, focusing on the operational management of the coffee shop. The purpose of this professional work is to understand and analyze the comprehensive operational management process of a coffee shop, human resource management, to customer service. The results show that the operational management of Kani Coffee Shop Rawabuntu BSD branch has implemented good standard operating procedures in aspects of production, service, and cleanliness. This professional work experience provides an in-depth understanding of the complexity of coffee shop business management and the importance of an efficient operational system to maintain business sustainability.
