Abstract
Praktikan mendapatkan kesempatan untuk kerja profesi yang dilakukan di Sekolah HighScope Indonesia Bintaro untuk menyusun Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) bagi tim IT Support dari tanggal 1 Juli 2024 hingga 30 Agustus 2024. Tugas ini mencakup pembuatan SOP untuk berbagai bidang, termasuk perbaikan dan pengecekan perangkat seperti internet, PC/laptop, printer, proyektor, CCTV, dan akun Google Education, serta alur pengajuan perangkat baru melalui vendor. Praktikan Menyusun menggunakan beberapa aplikasi seperti Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, dan Draw.io. Penyusunan SOP ini memerlukan observasi langsung, wawancara dengan staf terkait, dan analisis prosedural untuk memastikan alur kerja yang lebih terstruktur dan efisien.
