Abstract
Construction project activities are one of the activities that have a high risk, especially during construction. This causes frequent obstacles or obstacles that will ultimately affect the achievement of project performance. This study aims to determine the quality control and the level of risk that occurs especially in project activities, the method used in this study is AS/NZS 4360, which is a management system standard that focuses on the category of risk level. The sampling method used was simple random sampling. The case study of this research takes place in the Cibinong City Mall Development project which is located in the Cibinong area. This development project is an expansion project for the mall and also the construction of the Harris Hotel. The research focuses more on the level of quality control risk of beam, column and floor slab work. To obtain data the number of respondents taken amounted to 21 where each of the work of iron, formwork and foundry. From the results of the questionnaire obtained, the level of moderate risk is obtained with a value of 5.92. So that the Cibinong City Mall Extension development project has carried out quality control well and has followed the standard.
