Abstract
Customer information and service processes at Mybento Indonesia are still not computerized. This resulted in the area's marketing reach being not wide and many people still not knowing about Mybento restaurants. Based on the workflow that has been identified, as well as the needs and problems that occur, a service system is needed to help Mybento Indonesia customer service, such as recording customer identity, order baskets, payment features as well as reviews and promotional coupons so that customers can assess directly the orders that have been made. and can attract new potential customers and introduce Mybento to a wider market coverage area, as well as minimize data transaction errors between customers and Mybento staff. The research method applied to the final project entitled Design and Build Service Applications on Web-Based Mybento Indonesia is a qualitative method. Qualitative methods are applied to provide a complete description and description of the object under study based on the facts and data that have been obtained. The design of a web-based customer service application is to help solve problems experienced by staff and transactional in customer service at Mybento Indonesia, the application of a web-based customer service application is also carried out in an effort to take advantage of technological developments in maximizing the use of information technology to become a tool to make it easier to manage customer service and help Mybento to improve the quality of customer service.
