Abstract

Work facilities are very important in helping employee activities and operations within the company. Meanwhile, workload is an activities that must be completed by an organizational unit or position holder within a certain period of time. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of work facilities and workload on employee satisfaction. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data collection technique used was literature study and questionnaires. Work facilities have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of 0.028. Workload also has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Kogal Jaya Mandiri by 0.000. The results of the research state that good work facilities and appropriate workload management are important to increase employee satisfaction at PT Kogal Jaya Mandiri.
